I have a passion for business innovation and driving change; seeing business challenges and delivering practical, commercial solutions that work in reality and make a difference to business. I have led strategic projects and teams at a senior level in global organisations including Linklaters and Andersen, specialising in strategic business development, marketing and change management. I bridge the gap between strategic and commercial expertise and the needs of business; translating the importance of CRM and business development to the day to day working of the individual and teams. Highlights include:
•    Leading the successful  implementation and optimisation of a global client relationship management solution at Linklaters
•    Introduction and delivery of global client review and feedback programmes at Linklaters, McGrigors and Andersen
•    Conceiving and managing the UK wide ‘reverse mentoring’ programme for Andersen partners
•    Running internal workshops to train consultants and sales teams to develop market driven consultative sales techniques
•    Developing client account programmes at Andersen, McGrigors and Linklaters and working with Lead Partners to manage global clients. Grew one client’s revenue annual from £5m to £15m in 17 months. Considered one of best client account leaders by partners
